AutoPtx is a set of simple scripts and robust mask images to run FSL probabilistic tractography in an unsupervised manner.

Details

AutoPtx allows you to run FSL probabilistic tractography in subject-native space with easy-to-use scripts using pre-defined protocols. AutoPtx requires a working version of FSL and has been tested on Linux and Mac. The protocols (i.e. seed, target, exclusion and stop masks) are defined with robustness in mind, and have been shown to work with a broad range of data-qualities. AutoPtx has been used successfully in both population-based cohorts (e.g. Rotterdam Scan Study, UK Biobank Imaging Study) and disease-specific populations.
