CHeBA NiL Software (CNS)

CHeBA NiL Software (CNS)
CHeBA NiL Software (CNS) is a software package for processing neuroimaging data.

Details

A major module in CHeBA NiL Software (CNS) is UBO Detector, a fully automated, cluster-based toolbox for segmenting white matter hyperintensities (WMH). T1-weighted and T2-weighted FLAIR images are used as input. The performance of UBO Detector has been validated and published in NeuroImage. The TOolbox for Probabilistic MApping of Lesions (TOPMAL) was developed as an extension of UBO Detector. It can map cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD)-related lesions to Johns Hopkins University White Matter Tractography Atlas or Harvard-Oxford Subcortical Atlas to examine regional lesions. A study using TOPMAL has been published in NeuroImage: Clinical. There are other pipelines being developed, and they will be included in CNS in the future.
