Details

Matlab functions for fitting DCE-MRI (spoiled gradient echo) signal data to the Patlak model. Functions operate on matlab signal vectors. To process 4D Nifti images contact the author for additional functions/examples. Supports Patlak plot, multiple linear regression (for speed) and non-linear fitting. Contains functions useful for performing simulations, e.g. data generation using 2-compartment exchange model. Fitting of additional models may be supported on request/in future.
